Cupid is a short film directed by my good – and talented – friend, Melvin J. Montalban. The film required a VFX shot of an invisible being, who has visibility forced upon him by way of a magic bullet. Melvin thought I was up to the task, and so I jumped in to make the following piece of work:
This was, without question, one of the more rewarding projects I’ve worked on. Melvin pushes me very hard to achieve good results; results that I would never achieve without his direction. So I look forward to working with him again in the future.
